Simeon Simeonov

Simeon met with yoga in 2010 when, due to back problems, he began practicing yoga at home, relying primarily on the Internet for information. In addition to dealing with back pain, yoga helps him build discipline and helpful habits. At first, the practice of yoga was purely physical in nature, but over time Simeon became more and more interested in meditation and breathing techniques. For him, yoga is not just physical asanas, but also philosophy, principles and a complete system of human health and happiness. His desire is to show people that yoga is for everyone, that no one is too old, tired, or broken to do yoga, that anyone can find his practice to help him. His classes are aimed at connecting the breath with movement and immersing ourselves in the depths of our own consciousness.
